4. Payment Terms and Conditions
All prices are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, shipping charges, installation fees, handling charges, custom fabrication costs, restocking fees, or other charges disclosed at the time of quotation or invoicing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit may be required to confirm custom orders, bulk orders, or special-order items.
- Full payment may be required prior to delivery, installation, or release of completed custom work.
- Payments must be made using the methods we accept from time to time.
- Overdue balances may be subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

You authorize us to charge any agreed payment method for amounts due, including deposits, balance payments, delivery charges, storage fees, and approved change orders. If a payment is reversed, declined, or charged back without valid reason, you may be liable for administrative costs, bank fees, and collection expenses to the extent permitted by law.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because many of our products and services are custom-made, made-to-order, or otherwise tailored to your specifications, cancellations and refunds are limited as set out below and subject to applicable consumer protection law.
- Standard products: Subject to inspection and approval, eligible standard items may be returned or exchanged only if they are unused, in original condition, and within any return period we specify at the time of sale.
- Custom orders: Custom-designed, custom-fabricated, personalized, made-to-measure, or special-order items are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun or materials have been ordered.
- Services: Design consultations, space planning, delivery, installation, restoration, refinishing, and related service fees are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled, commenced, or substantially performed, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
- Bulk and commercial orders: Deposits for hospitality, property, or commercial project orders may be non-refundable once procurement or production begins.
If you request cancellation before production or service commencement, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund less any non-recoverable costs, design fees, administrative fees, material costs, supplier charges, or processing fees, to the extent permitted by law.
Any defects, shortages, or shipping damage must be reported to us promptly upon receipt or within a reasonable time after discovery. We may require photographs, inspection, and reasonable documentation to assess the issue. Remedies, if any, may include repair, replacement, re-delivery, or a refund, at our discretion and as required by law.
